Verifruit is made by SVZ's infusion technology, where we use a natural process based on replacing the water in fruits with sugars or apple juice concentrate. This result in a food ingredient offering natural flavour and colour, with a pleasant soft texture. In fact when frozen, Verifruit® still has a soft texture. So real fruit pieces or whole fruits, and nothing else except sugars. Or, if you require a 100% fruit product, we also offer an apple juiced infused range of Verifruit®.
